The naan bread can be made ahead of time and you can set out a variety of toppings to please every palate!

- naan bread (prepared in advance)
- sauces: marinara, white sauce
- fresh stuff: herbs, tomatoes, mozzarella, any veggie
- meats: pepperoni, sausage, whatever you want!
- Cornmeal, olive oil
Prepare the grill for direct high heat. Keep the olive oil and a brush in a bowl by the grill to oil the grates as needed. Once the grill is hot, place a pizza dough round on a lightly floured (or you can use cornmeal) rimless cookie sheet (or pizza peel if you have one). Let the dough slide off the cookie sheet onto the hot grill grates. Close the lid of the grill and let cook for 2 minutes.
Rotate as needed to get it evenly cooked. The top should start to bubble and the bottom should be evenly browned. Once cooked, flip it onto a cookie sheet (so that the cooked side is up).
Put on pizza topping and return to grill for 2-3 minutes until hot and bubbly. Remove from grill then let cool a couple minutes before slicing and eating.
