Sunday Brunch is a Schuytema tradition at our house and a great way for us to enjoy a leisurely meal with his youngest child who is usually with us. Paul has certain go-tos (best damn scramble for one) but he is always looking for something new and interesting that we all can enjoy.

Enter the Bismarck. It is sort of a cross between a pancake and a popover. I used to make this as a not-so-sweet dessert years ago and we have had it a few times in the past few months. I am not much of a sweets eater and thought I would try to make a savory one as well. I made one double batch, then split them into two bowls and add the savory ingredients to one.
